The solicitation, identified as N0040626Q0212, requires delivery of 11 LED floodlights rated at 25,000 lumens, photocells, LSZH 5-core #2 AWG cable, conduit bodies, and other electrical components, all to be shipped to Sasebo, Japan under FOB Origin terms, meaning the government will arrange and pay for transportation from the contractor’s shipping point. Offers will be evaluated on technical factors including delivery date, price, and past performance, with no relative weighting applied, allowing for a trade-off approach to select the most advantageous offer. All proposers must be registered in SAM with a valid UEI and CAGE code, and must self-certify as a small business to qualify for the set-aside. Offerors must also affirm representations regarding prohibition on business with entities in Xinjiang, the Maduro regime, and compliance with cybersecurity and safeguarding requirements under DFARS 252.204-7012.
