All vendors will communicate with GSA through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). As the stock levels in the automated POU, non-automated storage areas or cribs, and POU equipment containing trays or bins for distribution of materials drop to the minimum level, GSA will place an order via GSA's POS to the vendor for their product category. GSA, along with its government customers, will provide individual storage areas for stocking of required products by each vendor. Vendors can win one or multiple product categories; each category of product will cover multiple customer locations, OK-ALC, OO-ALC, and WR-ALC.
