Reppart LLC

The Reppart LLC project involves the operation of a commercial cannabis distribution license at an existing facility located at 3220 Mines Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90023 (APN 5190-029-036). The project site consists of a single lot approximately 110 feet deep and 40 feet wide along Mines Avenue. All necessary utilities, including water, electricity, and sewer, will be provided by the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
