The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is conducting market research via a Request for Information to identify sources for domestic medical electromyograph product lines. The primary objective is to determine the availability of equipment that qualifies as a Domestic End Product under DFARS 225.003, meaning the cost of U.S. and qualifying country components must exceed 65 percent of the total component cost. This effort is for planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation, though DLA anticipates a future contract structure consisting of a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. Interested respondents must submit their information by October 2, 2026, to the primary point of contact, Evan Lessin. Required submissions include a detailed product list with commercial part numbers, a component cost breakdown to verify domestic status, and company size identification under NAICS code 334510. For those who are not the original manufacturer, a letter of commitment is required to ensure a sufficient source of supply, which may include maintaining six months of stock per awarded part number. The DLA is specifically looking for vendors capable of supplying an estimated annual requirement of 13 case carts and the ability to begin deliveries within 60 days of a potential contract award.
