Request for Information - F-15 Flow Control Valve

The U.S. Air Force, through the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is seeking information via a sole-source Request for Information under solicitation number FA8634-22-F-0035-05 to establish an organic depot-level repair capability for Flow Control Valves used on the F-15EX aircraft. These valves are critical components that regulate and shut off fuel, hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant fluids under extreme conditions of high pressure, high heat, and electromagnetic interference, and must be constructed from durable materials such as aluminum or stainless steel to ensure reliability in mission-critical aerospace systems. The government will acquire Government-Purpose Rights to all technical documentation and software to ensure independent sustainment, while explicitly excluding costs related to qualifying alternative sources to avoid redundancy.
