Amendment #1 is raised to extend the posting period and to update the RFI contact name ***************** The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to: a. To identify what is the current state of the functionality and technology available for a Linguistic Services Request Management System Solution and in particular for the translation memory software; b. To determine if there is an existing commercial off the shelf (COTS) product that would be able to meet a majority of the non-technical and technical requirements for a Solution; c. To assess what would be the potential development cost and time required to fully meet the requirement if there is not an existing COTS product that meets the majority of the requirements; and d. To refine planning and cost estimates.
