Update 1/9/2023 Advanced Radar Threat System Variant 3 (ARTS V-3) Variable Aperture Digital Radar (VADR) Command and Control Application (C2 App) This update is to thank all vendors for their RFI responses. The Government is currently conducting market research to ascertain the best way to meet its needs, and is considering all provided feedback. One of several potential options still being considerred is utilization of the Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC). This contract is currently conducting an on-ramp for offerors that will close on 24 January 2023. Any vendors who are interested to become part of this contract should reach out to EWAAC Contracting Officer, Cameron White at cameron.white.8@us.af.mil. Lastly, this update corrects the acronym "ARTS-V3" in this description to say "Advanced Radar Threat System Variant 3", instead of "Advanced Range Threat System Variant 3). Update 11/16/2022 - Request for Information Advanced Radar Threat System Variant 3 (ARTS V-3) Variable Aperture Digital Radar (VADR) Command and Control Application (C2 App) This is a Request for Information (RFI) to assist the Government with its acquisition strategy, and is accessible as an attachment to this post. Please note that industry day was held 16 November 2022 at 12:30pm MST. The industry day slides are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), so the attachment for them is locked. Access can be requested from this posting. Vendors must send their companies CAGE code with the access request. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. Industry Day Announcement Advanced Radar Threat System Variant 3 (ARTS V-3) Variable Aperture Digital Radar (VADR) Command and Control Application (C2 App) The Advanced Radar Threat System Variant 3 (ARTS V-3) Program Office, AFLCMC/HBZCD, Hill AFB, Utah will be hosting a Virtual Industry Day on 16 November 2022, from 1230 - 1330 MST for parties interested in the ARTS-V3 Variable Aperture Digital Radar Command and Control Application (VADR C2 App). The purpose of this Industry Day is to introduce the objectives of the VADR C2 App and provide context for a request for information that will be released in in coordination with the industry day. Discussion will include a technical description of the architecture and a presentation of some requirements. Program discussions will remain at the CUI level. Each party must send an email to Kim Vincent at kim.vincent.1.ctr@us.af.mil, with CC to both Cydnee Green at cydnee.green@us.af.mil, and Tyler Newey at tyler.newey@us.af.mil, to request a registration form for this event. Registration forms need to be completed and returned no later than 10 November 2022. Attendees will be sent a meeting invite through their provided email to virtually attend.
