The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit feedback from industry on the
PMISC requirements and estimated level of efforts.
Overview
The Government of Canada has a requirement for an innovative Statement of Work (SOW) to
support the Director Land Command Systems Program Management (DLCSPM) with the
delivery of the capital projects known as Tactical Communications Modernization (TCM), and
Tactical Communications and Control Information System Modernization (TacC2ISM).
DLCSPM envisions the delivery of both capital projects through an integrated turn-key solution
to form a holistic capability referred to as the Integrated Tactical Network (ITN). The contractor
will support the development of the SOW for the potential services of an Integrated Tactical
Network Solution Provider (ITNSP). In addition, the contractor will support the development of
the bid evaluation criteria and key performance indicators (KPI) to assist in the down select
process of the potential ITNSP. In addition, the contractor will assist in the development of the
governance structure between DLCSPM, and the potential ITNSP. The work will be performed
on an as-and-when requested basis, through a Task Authorization process.
