Interested parties may request a face-to-face meeting with the TACP-M program manager and team at Hanscom AFB, MA concerning the Mobile Communications System (MCS), sources sought synopsis FA8307-12-R-0021. 2. Interested parties must contact Maj Jason Huff (MCS) at 781-225-4280, email Jason.Huff@HANSCOM.AF.MIL, or Mr James Forney (MCP) at 781-225-4280, email James.Forney@hanscom.af.mil to schedule a meeting. Meetings will be generally limited to 1 hour, unless otherwise agreed. Maj Huff or Mr Forney will provide instructions for obtaining access to Hanscom AFB and to the TACP-M Program Office facilities. 3. While the Government will safe-guard any proprietary information presented by interested parties, general information and responses to interested party questions may be released to all interested parties in aid of full disclosure and to foster genuine open competition.
