While this RFI is informational, NCIA plans a future phased down-select acquisition approach involving a 10-page capability statement followed by a full proposal and a challenge-based event. All deliverables for the work packages are expected by Q3 2030. Responses must be submitted via email by 12:00 CET on November 9, 2026, and should not exceed 10 pages per work package.
