The U.S. Government does not own the data rights for these systems. The data rights are currently owned by Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC). It is anticipated that no other contractor will be able to perform these services IAW FAR 6.302-1 & 6.302-4. In an effort to promote competition the USG is seeking, through this RFI, alternate sources that can perform these sustainment tasks. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. Contractors responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The USG will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. Background: This effort is in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) sustainment for the Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) Navigation & Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod (ATP) system for the following countries (this list is not all inclusive): Belgium, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Taiwan, Thailand, and Turkey. Requirement: The sustaining activities will include accomplishing Line Replaceable Units (LRU) depot-level repair and return, technical support, data, contractor logistics support, logistics reviews/program management, and on-call technical support.
