The Government is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing depot-level repair services for the C-5 AFCS Integrated Panel and CNP Integrated Panel, identified by NSNs 5998-01-599-8134UC and 5998-01-599-9341UC, respectively, and corresponding part numbers 4V91084-101A and 4V91083-101A. These components are currently repaired exclusively by Ducommun Labarge Technologies, the original manufacturer, which holds the sole-source designation due to the proprietary nature of the technical data required for repair, which is neither owned by the Government nor economically recoverable through reverse engineering or acquisition. No sample units are available for evaluation, and all future contractors must furnish all materials, tools, support equipment, and test equipment, ensuring that replacement parts meet or exceed the quality of the original components. The repair must conform to form, fit, function, and interface requirements as specified in Technical Order 5A13-5-29-3 and 5A13-5-30-3, and include resolution of obsolete parts, investigation of Deficiency Reports, and involvement in Material Improvement Projects. This Request for Information is issued under FAR 52.215-3 for informational planning and budgetary forecasting purposes only; responses are not proposals, and no contract will be awarded based on this solicitation. The Government will not compensate respondents for any costs incurred in providing information. Respondents must provide detailed business information including their CAGE code, point of contact, address, phone, email, and web page, along with documentation of their capability to conduct the required repairs, including past performance on similar systems and relevant contract history. They must also certify their socioeconomic status under NAICS code 811210, including small business, woman-owned, disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, veteran-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned status, as well as confirm whether they are domestically or foreign owned and disclose any Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence with ownership percentages and country details. Contractors must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information, have protocols for handling classified data, maintain an active Continuity of Operations Plan, and have documented information systems security policies. Responses are due by June 17, 2026
