The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) is modernizing training to meet the operational requirements of the future. Training delivery methods must go beyond the traditional classroom setting and focus on the development of innovative, flexible, and agile training options with the intent of accelerating the granting of qualifications.
The RCAF requires Learning engineering support to RCAF Training Modernization. The intent of this RFI is to determine whether Industry can provide this service; gather information on what industry can offer to provide the RCAF this service; and gather information on industries' qualifications.
