AI Contract Overview
The General Services Administration, through the Federal Acquisition Service and Technology Transformation Services, is conducting market research via Request for Information 47QPCA26RFI01 to identify capable providers for a Login.gov device fingerprinting and intelligence solution. The agency is seeking industry feedback on draft requirements for targeted fraud and risk-signal capabilities to be implemented during account creation, sign-in, and identity verification processes. Technical requirements focus on device identification accuracy, evasion resistance, browser and proxy detection, mobile-specific signals, IP intelligence, composite risk scoring, and the detection of bots or agentic behavior across web, Android, and iOS environments. This is a sources-sought notice and not a formal request for proposals or a commitment to award a contract. Interested parties must submit a capability statement detailing their company information, experience, and past performance to the designated points of contact, Jonah Jordan and Dustin Spiehler, by September 11, 2026, at 7:00 AM PT. The information gathered will be used by the government to determine the availability of technically capable firms and to refine the ultimate acquisition approach. All submissions become government property and will not be returned.
