Full Description

Based on current scheduled events associated with the Mission Enhanced Little Bird (MELB) program, after review of multiple RFIs, and evaluation of options meeting cost, schedule, and performance, the decision has been made to not pursue a competition of a cockpit upgrade solution. Responses received to the MELB Cockpit Upgrade RFI provided great insight regarding industry capabilities and available solutions, but the Government will not be following up with industry for RFPs. Rather, it is anticipated that individual LRU competitions are anticipated for procurement of avionics LRUs once those specifications have been sufficiently defined.
