The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain a better understanding of current industry capabilities regarding services for the requirement described in this document, namely an employer Employee Assistant Program (EAP).
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is looking third party suppliers for a National EAP that offers voluntary, confidential short-term counselling, referral, and information service to assist employees and their families with personal and/or work-related problems.
