The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground is issuing a Request for Information to identify commercially available user-interface solutions—encompassing both hardware and front-end software—that enable Corps-level commanders to visualize, understand, and interact effectively with complex multi-domain operational environments. This effort is strictly focused on the commander-facing interface and does not involve the development or procurement of backend capabilities such as data management platforms, networking infrastructure, or modeling and simulation engines, which will be supplied by existing or planned Army programs of record. The ideal solution must support intuitive, large-scale visualization of battlespace data through natural interaction modalities like touch, gesture, voice, or pen input, and be compatible with a variety of Army network enclaves including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, SBU-E, WIN-T/ITN, TAK-based tactical fabrics, and cloud-hosted environments classified as IL4-IL6. Hardware must be suitable for deployment in both fixed command posts and mobile platforms, and the system must be configurable to align with Corps-level battle rhythms, staff workflows, and individual commander preferences. Companies responding must provide a company profile including name, address, CAGE code, UEID, NAICS code, business size, and cybersecurity certifications relevant to operating within restricted military networks. A Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimate is required for hardware, software licensing, integration support, and prototyping activities, along with an estimated timeline for delivery, integration, and prototype maturation, and a test and evaluation plan suitable for a prototyping period of performance. Responses are limited to ten pages in Microsoft Word for Office 2000 compatible format, must not contain proprietary or classified information, and should be submitted via email to the designated contracting officials by 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on 23 June 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on 16 June 2026, with no verbal inquiries accepted. This RFI is purely for market research and does not obligate the government to issue a future solicitation or award a contract, and all costs associated with response are borne solely by respondents.
