Request for Information Temporary Structure, Incidental Equipment & Installation � Donnelly Training Area, Near Delta Junction, AK Purpose: This Request for Information is issued for the purpose of assessing capabilities, and to provide an opportunity for all interested parties (small and large businesses) to provide feedback, questions, or concerns. Small Business firms having the capabilities to perform the tasking described in this Request for Information are encouraged to respond. Request for Information Limitations: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This Request for Information is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The Government will not formally evaluate or provide feedback to responses received for this Request for Information. Responses to this Request for Information are not offers and do not commit the Government to a contract. At this time, the Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Temporary structures are necessary to facilitate winter shelter needs beginning around 15 January 2022. REQUESTED INFORMATION The 413th RCO is seeking capability statements that address the full suite of supplies and incidental services in the �Product Requirements for Temporary Shelters� in the Delta Junction, AK area. Contractors are advised not to provide a generic capability statement without addressing the critical elements below. Please respond to all questions listed below. Each response to the RFI shall include the following information: Company Information: a. Company name, address, two points of contact to include phone and email. b. Cage Code & DUNS Number. c. Whether products are available for short-term lease (approximately 5 months) with all incidental equipment, installation, and tear down/removal. 7. Contractor to identify if they can meet all requirement through an existing Government Contract? If yes, which one? 8. Do you have established or are you willing to create sufficient subcontractor relationship(s) to meet entire requirement? (Including service elements of wiring, heating, etc. [see attachment]).
