The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain a one-year license renewal with technical support for IHS-Compliance Suite refrigerant compliance management software. This software has been used for several years at all ACC bases to assist bases in meeting the mandatory refrigerant management, accounting, reporting and training requirements of EPA uder 40 CFR Part 82 and the Clean Air Act. This renewal will allow the bases to continue use of their existing software to help them meet the Clean Air ACt requirements. Please see the attachment for a list of the salient characteristics. Based on the information provided, a list of capbilities of your company is desired for marketing research purposes on this upcoming requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210.
