REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR EROSION CONTROL, SLOPE STABILIZATION, AND INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Through this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”), Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (“TRCA”) will pre-qualify General Contractors for natural channel, erosion control, slope stabilization, infrastructure construction and protection works (herein referred to as ‘the Project’). This RFPQ is a formal request for submissions from interested Contractors. Contractors responding to this RFPQ must be able to demonstrate expertise and experiences for Scope of Work described in more detail in the Part 5 – Scope of Work.As TRCA may be retained by its municipal partners, other levels of government and organizations, as an independent contractor, for some projects, Bidders who are currently suspended or disqualified from entering contracts with the funding organization, or are otherwise ineligible due to non-compliance with applicable policies or by-laws, will be ineligible to be awarded a contract by TRCA.
