Request For Proposal Banking Services

The Troup County School System (TCSS) is soliciting proposals under RFP 2027-11-6 for comprehensive banking services to manage the district's financial operations, including daily operations, payroll, benefits, payables, and foundation activities. The selected financial institution must maintain a local presence with full-service branch offices in Troup County and provide a secure online banking platform featuring multi-factor authentication, encryption, and robust fraud prevention tools such as Positive Pay and ACH debit blocks. Key requirements include compliance with Georgia collateralization standards for public funds, FDIC membership, and the ability to pledge collateral for deposits exceeding insurance limits.
