Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is looking to gain use of a tool that will allow to conduct their procurement of accommodation services through an RFP management platform. This platform will also allow for the evaluation and award of such RFPs as well as being able to post the results in an online hotel directory. The platform must also allow for the audit of the rates received and accepted in the RFP process by auditing the different Global Distribution Systems (GDS) used by the hotels.
