These services are critical to ensure safe and accessible roadways during the winter months, facilitating the movement of residents, emergency responders, and public transportation. The successful contractor will be expected to provide timely and efficient snow removal, ice mitigation, and post-season cleanup for various roadways, prioritizing public safety and accessibility.All proposals must illustrate the contractor's capability to handle varying snowfall levels and manage citizen complaints effectively.
