The Town of Yucca Valley is soliciting professional civil engineering design services for the Yucca Trail Widening Project, located between Palomar/Avalon Avenue and La Contenta Road in Yucca Valley, California. The selected contractor will be responsible for creating a comprehensive Plans, Specifications, and Engineer's Estimates package, which includes street improvement, signing, striping, and streetlight plans, as well as final cost estimates and record drawings. Compensation will be negotiated after the contractor is selected, and the Town aims to process undisputed monthly invoices within forty-five days. While the contractor must provide worker's compensation and indemnity insurance, it is noted that California prevailing wage laws do not apply to this specific agreement.
