LEGAL NOTICEREQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe Board of Clark County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for ATM Placement and Operations. Proposals will be received by the Board of Clark County Commissioners (County), 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503, until December 4, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are on file at, and may be obtained from, The Clark County Commission Office, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503, or by emailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. for electronic RFP documents.  Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of each person or company submitting the proposal.  All original proposals and three (3) copies of the proposal must be submitted to the Board of Clark County Commissioners, Attn: Angela Wheeler, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503, no later than 10:00 A.M. on December 4, 2025. Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope in the lower left-hand corner: “Proposal for ATM Placement and Operations”.
