The County of Sacramento (County) Department of Airports (Department) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, organizations, and service providers to provide administrator services for a Community Workforce and Training Agreement (CWTA) in conjunction with the construction of six large-scale capital projects comprising the County’s “SMForward” projects at Sacramento International Airport (SMF). The County anticipates awarding one agreement under this Request for Proposals (RFP).The selected proposer will enter into an Agreement for CWTA Administrator Services at SMF with the County for an initial term of five (5) years, with two (2) additional one-year term extension options, for an potential total term of seven (7) years.
