Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m., September 21, 2026, at: City of Sparks, ATTN: Miriam Jones, City Clerk, 115 E. Colquitt St., Sparks, GA 31647, (229) 549-8211. Late proposals or proposals received elsewhere will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any/all proposals and waive informalities.

This contract opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract. Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
