City is interested in the timely development of the Sparrow Site, which is currently part of its land bank inventory for affordable housing. City utilizes Bonfire for its eProcurement solution. To access these solicitation documents, be added to the distribution list for this solicitation’s automatic notices, and to submit a proposal electronically, please register or sign in.
