Request for Proposals For Financial Budgeting and Forecasting Tool

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Shared Health (the Coordinating Entity) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Financial Budgeting and Forecasting Tool, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The Coordinating Entity is seeking proposals from interested proponents who can provide a Financial Budgeting and Forecasting Tool which is available for implementation on the closing date of this RFP. Proponents may propose one (1) or more of the following Financial Budgeting and Forecasting Tool: Externally Hosted Solution: The data will be stored off premises (i.e. the proponent’s chosen location) Internally Hosted Solution: The data will be stored on-premises The proposed Financial Budgeting and Forecasting Tool which will meet the deliverables and mandatory technical requirements described in this RFP, including but not limited to supporting at minimum 100 concurrent users for healthcare facilities. In consideration of Shared Health’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation.
