St. Lawrence County is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of one 12 by 5 foot bus passenger shelter featuring a solar lighting package. The shelter must be new and unused, constructed with a structural aluminum frame, and include a roof designed to meet local wind and snow load requirements. Key integrated features must include a mounted bench and a solar power system consisting of a roof-mounted panel, batteries, a controller, a 5-watt LED light, and dual USB charging ports. The vendor is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of the unit, while the Town of Massena will handle the final on-site assembly.
