Request for Proposals - Lobbying and Consulting Services

The LOTT Clean Water Alliance, a regional wastewater treatment utility serving Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, and Thurston County, is seeking qualified consultants to provide legislative advocacy and policy meeting coordination services.
