Incomplete or untimely bids shall not be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility toensure that their bid proposal is complete and submitted in a timely manner. The County assumesno responsibility to notify bidders of incomplete or untimely bids.The Scope of Work consists of the removal of existing grass on greens, collars and a buffer areaaround the collar of tall fescue.
