About FCCFCC is Canada’s leading agriculture and food lender, with a healthy loan portfolio of more than $44 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and food. We provide flexible financing, AgExpert management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and food industry. As a Crown corporation, we provide an appropriate return to our shareholder, and reinvest our profits back into the industry and communities we serve. For more information, visit fcc.ca.RFP ScopeFCC is embarking on a transformational change by adopting an Enterprise Delivery approach, bringing together cross functional teams across the organization, and implementing enterprise processes. FCC is implementing a Product Centric delivery approach based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and requires the acquisition of technology to enable processes and controls. FCC has moved to an outcome-based strategy and will be implementing Lean Portfolio Management as part of SAFe to ensure product delivery teams are moving forward FCC’s strategy based on data and insights. This approach is being implemented to enable quicker delivery of value through cross divisional collaboration, creating focus, and driving effectiveness in processes and solution delivery. Products will need to ensure the strategic outcomes of the organization are achieved while also maintaining product health (e.g. technical debt, risk exposures, audits).Via this RFP, FCC is seeking a Proponent to provide both a day-to-day delivery/management tool as well as an enterprise-wide agile planning and reporting tool to support our product centric transformation leveraging the SAFe framework. The ideal enterprise agile tool is an industry leading solution that will be intuitive for users and provide FCC teams with enterprise-to-enterprise capabilities to plan, track, adjust, and manage programs and products.
