Request for Proposals (RFP) for GO-TO MARKET STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES. RFP Scope: Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is developing a go-to-market strategy group. The go-to-market team works in collaboration with multiple divisions at FCC to define and execute on data-driven marketing initiatives and tactics that will lead to the achievement of corporate objectives. This new approach is designed to enhance our customer centric focus by using data, insight and customer feedback to understand, create and deliver customer value. FCC is looking for a consultant who can create a blueprint for success including: Analysis of our current state marketing approach to identify opportunities for growth and development Define a cross-functional framework for an annual process to create and maintain go-to-market strategies that engages internal and external stakeholders and acts as an input into the corporate and strategic planning processes Recommend a forward path for implementation (including the go-to-market strategy, the plans/tactics to deliver on the go-to-market strategy, and the resources required) within Marketing and across FCC, including methodology, measurements of success and a review and feedback process. Identify short- and long-term opportunities for developing superior go-to-market strategies.
