For more information, visit fcc.caRFP Scope: In December 2019, as part of a larger Finance Transformation Initiative, FCC implemented SAP S/4 Hana 1809 (HEC managed cloud service) to replace aging and unsupported core finance systems. Since that time, we have upgraded to SAP S/4 2020 and perform core accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, and Procurement in this system. Additionally, FCC implemented SAP Concur in 2020, Treasury Cash Management in 2022 and Treasury Risk Management in 2023. FCC uses SAP solution manager to handle SAP transport management via CHARM process and has SAP middleware tools (CPI/SDI) available for integration to other systems. FCC operates a legacy SAP version of Consumer Mortgage and Loan as our core banking system. The intended outcome of this RFP to establish a pre-qualified list of Proponents who will provide SAP Services and Advisory Services.RFP Schedule: RFP issue date: February 27, 2023 Vendor questions accepted until: March 13, 2023 at 2:00PM* RFP closing date and time: March 30, 2023 at 2:00 PM * *Note: All times are CST, Saskatchewan RFP Process Considerations: Vendors should note that: This opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders.
