PROPOSAL Submission: Proposals must be submitted via Central Bidding, www.centralbidding.com along with five (5) bound proposals no later than 11:00 AM (CST), Wednesday, August 19, 2026 in order to be considered. The bound proposals must be delivered to the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad Commission for the Port of New Orleans, Procurement Department, 4822 Tchoupitoulas Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70115. Any proposal received (electrically or delivered) after the Proposal Submission Deadline will not be considered. Respondents shall follow the instructions given in this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to respond with a valid proposal for evaluation by the Evaluation Committee. NOPB CONTACT: Respondents must submit Questions in writing to procurement@railnola.com by Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST.
