Request for Proposals Tri-County Airport Terminal Building Repairs

The Sauk County Administration Department, representing the Tri-County Airport Commission, is soliciting proposals for extensive repairs to the terminal building at the Tri-County Airport, located in Spring Green, Wisconsin. The contract comprises multiple key tasks including the replacement of three roofs with cam metal roofing, the removal and replacement of the existing soffit and fascia with new aluminum vented components along with a new eaves and downspout system, and the replacement of T1-11 wood siding with metal or vinyl siding on all walls, addressing any insulation issues prior to siding installation. Additionally, all windows are to be replaced with energy-efficient new construction models, preferably white, and all work must comply with building code requirements.
