The Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH) is soliciting qualifications for professional building commissioning services under solicitation number 1475-27-R-RFQI-00001. The selected professional will provide a systematic quality assurance process spanning from pre-design through the one-year warranty period to improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and equipment life.
