REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ST JAMES PARISH SHERIFF’S OFFICE     The St James Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified, Louisiana-state-licensed General Contractors to provide Construction Management at Risk Services under LRS 38:2225.2.4.   Statement of Qualifications will be received in person by the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office at the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office at 5800 Louisiana Highway 44, Convent, Louisiana 70723, or by mail at P.O.Box 83, Convent, LA 70723, attention: Kenny Poche, Project Manager, until November 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. local time for the following:   ST. JAMES PARISH SHERIFF’S OFFICE   GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW LAW ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION COMPLEX IN GRAMERCY, LOUISIANA USING THE CMaR DELIVERY METHOD IN ACCORDANCE WITH LRS 38:2225.2.4   Request for Qualification package may be obtained at the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office at 5800 Louisiana Highway 44, Convent, Louisiana 70723. Request for Qualification packages are also available on the Central Bidding website at http://www.centralauctionhouse.com. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is mandatory in order to submit an SOQ.   All questions regarding the Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted to Kenny Poche, Owner’s Representative, via kppoche22@outlook.com by 4:00 p.m. local time on November 16, 2026.   Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) shall be submitted only in the quantity and format required by the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).   The St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to disqualify any response to a Request for Qualifications if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.
