PROJECT NO. 2425-01-528-S24-179REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES POOL Brief Description: The City of Pharr periodically has a need for professional project and/or construction management services for a variety of public infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and buildings.
