North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for the following products or services: RFQ # 31-26 Request for Qualifications for Design Build of District Wide Integrated Public Address/Announcement (PA) Systems in support of the 2025 Bond (A03) in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this Solicitation. Request for Qualifications (RFQs) are due on or before 2 : 00 P.M. Central Standard Time on Thursday, August 27, 2026 without exception. The Ionwave system will automatically close the solicitation at the specified time; late or incomplete submissions cannot be accepted. RFQs received after the specified time and date above will not be considered. RFQs shall demonstrate the Offeror’s ability to deliver the "best value" to North East ISD, in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in the RFQ documents. NOTE: This is not an order, it is a Request for Qualifications. North East ISD does not guarantee any purchase quantities or dollar amounts. Purchases will be made on an as needed basis. Although the District is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically through this ebidding platform. Respondents must register as a supplier to be able to respond electronically. Instructions for using Ionwave have been included in the Attachments Tab. For assistance with this submittal, please call 210-407-0175. Faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. At the discretion of the Respondent and as permitted by law, one (1) printed original copy (hardcopy) with “wet-ink” signatures is acceptable to be submitted to the District’s Procurement & eCommerce on a sealed and addressed envelope before the submission deadline in lieu of an electronic submission.
