Request for Quotation (RFQ) BPM016855ASamsung ProCare Android Support or Equivalent1. Definition of requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued by Shared Services Canada. The resulting contract will be used to provide support to existing Samsung Android devices.SSC has a requirement to provide:- Samsung ProCare Android Support for existing devices MI-OVCPAB- Samsung Mobile Deployment Service (per month) MI-OVMTAA1This bid solicitation does not preclude SSC from using any other method of supply available.The requirements are articulated in the attached Statement of Work (See attached Annex A - SOW)2. Security requirement: This solicitation does not contain security requirements3. Trade Agreements: This requirement is subject to the following agreements: Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA);ii) World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP);iii) Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP);.Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs) do not apply as all the goods and services shall be delivered in regions not covered by Land Claim Agreements.4.
