Lead lines must feature UV-stabilized plastic coating meeting specific military standards. The government will award the contract based on best value, evaluating price, technical acceptability, and past performance, though no tradeoffs will be conducted. Offerors must comply with various federal regulations, including the Buy American Act and Trade Agreements Act, and must submit electronic invoices through the Invoice Processing Platform. The solicitation has been amended to extend the RFQ closing date to September 14, 2026.
