The Government requires a Ground Panoramic Night Vision Goggle System Kit, brand name or equal to the L3Harris GPNVG System Kit, High FOM UW SA BNVS RUG Tan, Part Number GPG-000-A32, or equal. Equal products must meet or exceed the salient characteristics attached with this notice. .


Offerors proposing an equal product shall provide sufficient technical documentation to demonstrate that the proposed product satisfies each salient characteristic. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in the offer being determined technically unacceptable.


The Government will evaluate quoted products for technical acceptability based on whether the offered item meets or exceeds the salient characteristics listed above. Offerors proposing an equal item shall clearly identify the offered product and provide sufficient documentation to support technical evaluation.
