Importantly, by submitting a quote, the firm certifies it is not subject to any Ukraine or Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or U.S. government under Executive Orders 13660, 13661, 13662, 13685, and 14065; any entity under such sanctions is ineligible. The seller must also notify the authority immediately of any known nonconforming products and potential labor disputes that may delay performance.
