REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS - CLAREMORE HEALTH CARE CAMPUS - ON BEHALF OF CROSSLAND CONSTRUCTION

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting sealed bids for Procurement #164988 to provide all labor, materials, supervision, and delegated design necessary to furnish and erect complete pre-engineered metal building systems for the Claremore Health Care Campus in Oklahoma. The scope of work includes the delivery and erection of structural steel members, anchor bolts, joists, metal decking, and steel stair assemblies, as well as the installation of metal roof and wall panel systems, including standing seam roofing and insulated panels. Bidders must provide specific lead times for steel fabrication and erection, utilize Procore for project management, and adhere to architectural quality standards for exposed steel. Sealed bids are due by November 6, 2026, at 3:00 pm CT, and must be delivered to the Cherokee Nation Purchasing Department in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Awards will be based on the best qualified bid, with a strong preference given to TERO-certified Indian-owned businesses, specifically prioritizing Cherokee-owned businesses and major Cherokee employers. The contract requires compliance with the Buy American Recovery Act for all iron, steel, and manufactured goods, and mandates the use of Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates. While bid bonds are not required for this package, performance and payment bonds totaling 100% of the contract are mandatory for bids exceeding $100,000.
