General Services For On-Call Maintenance And Minor Infrastructure Repair Services
Solicitation # 20261006032
The City of Livermore is soliciting proposals for a General Services Agreement to provide on-call maintenance and minor infrastructure repair services within the public right-of-way. The scope of work is divided into three primary tasks: tree and root-related services including removal and stump grinding, sidewalk maintenance and repair of panels, curbs, and gutters, and localized pavement maintenance such as patching, leveling, and milling. All work is limited to the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement in-kind of existing infrastructure and excludes the construction of new facilities. The anticipated contract term runs from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2032, with a maximum aggregate budget of 2,000,000 dollars. Services will be authorized through individual task orders on an as-needed basis. Proposals will be evaluated by a selection committee based on service depth, firm experience, personnel qualifications, local knowledge, and cost reasonableness, including unit prices and a fixed annual escalation percentage for years two through five. Awardees must hold all applicable California contractor licenses, maintain registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations, and comply with prevailing wage laws and ADA standards. Invoicing is permitted once per calendar month, and the City reserves the right to conduct inspections to ensure work meets industry and community standards.
