The Southern Nevada Water Authority (Authority) is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms to enter into a professional services agreement to provide professional engineering services for preliminary design, final design, and design services during construction associated with the design and construction of the Authority’s River Mountains Reservoir Site Piping Upgrades project, located in Henderson, Nevada. Submittals for this RFQ shall be submitted electronically on the SNWA/LVVWD’s Bonfire Portal which is SNWA/LVVWD’s RFP/RFQ submission system.
