The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award a sole source Requirements contract to Raytheon Missile Systems for sustaining engineering and technical services related to the Joint Standoff Weapon System (JSOW) software. This contract encompasses analysis, design, coding, integration, testing, and documentation updates for JSOW Computer Software Configuration Items (CSCI). In addition, it includes logistics support, product improvement, weapon integration, production support, training, engineering, repair of repairable components, and technical data management. No competitive proposals are being solicited, and subcontracting opportunities may be available through Raytheon’s facility in Tucson, Arizona. Interested parties must be registered in the Department of Defense’s Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for award once requirements are finalized. The Government retains full discretion on whether to issue a solicitation or award the contract and is not liable for costs incurred prior to contract execution. The point of contact for this requirement is LaTonya Bembry at NAVAIR, reachable via phone or email.
