Full Description

To meet the needs of this dynamic environment, ORD requires support in two key areas. 1. Research Enterprise Implementation/Strategic Support. Contractor will support ORD leadership with executing delivery of continuing Research Enterprise-building initiatives and related priorities, including: o Organizational Realignment o ISRM Organization o Support for New AMPs and Broad Portfolios o Research Enterprise Transformation Strategy, Governance, and Change Management o IT and Data Governance o Finance Process o New initiatives may launch throughout FY2023 and beyond The Contractor shall work alongside Initiative Owners and Sponsors by executing initiative specific tasks (e.g., developing SOPs, creating trainings, conducting interviews) and serving as thought partners. Resource support will be project-focused and aligned with initiative timelines. The Contractor shall expand support to cover additional initiatives as required by ORD leadership. 2. Surge Support. Contractor shall provide tiger teams to launch new initiatives outside Research Enterprise Implementation, manage at-risk non-Research Enterprise initiatives related to ORD executing its core mission (e.g., CERNER Implementation for Research), and/or other CRADO-designated activities (e.g., strategic communications to include messaging guidance, presentation development, and senior event support) on an as-needed basis to limit risk to ORD / VHA / VA and ensure strategic program success.
